How do I get started?

Do you provide care in my area?
We provide care across Simcoe County and the Greater Toronto Area. If you are just outside these areas, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Caregivers are screened before they work with a client on their own, background checks suitable for working with vulnerable people, reference checks and an interview. You can ask which checks apply to the caregiver proposed for your situation. We confirm the details with you at the consultation.
Can I meet the caregiver first?
Yes. We introduce the caregiver before the first visit and work to keep the same caregiver wherever possible.
How is pricing determined?
Hours, timing and the type of support all matter. After the free consultation, you receive your rate in writing before care starts.
