How do I get started?

Do you provide care in my area?
We provide care across Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia and the surrounding Simcoe County communities. If you are just outside these areas, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Every caregiver completes a Vulnerable Sector police check, reference checks and an interview before their first shift. We are glad to share our screening and insurance documentation in writing.
Can I meet my caregiver first?
Yes. We introduce your caregiver before the first visit and work to keep the same caregiver with you, so routines, preferences and trust can build over time.
How is pricing determined?
Every care plan is priced individually, because hours, timing and the type of support all matter. After the free consultation you receive your rate in writing before anything starts, with no hidden fees.
Can the care plan change over time?
Yes. Care plans are reviewed as needs change. You can adjust hours, pause care or add services, and we confirm every change in writing.
